“A two-year-old state law banning sexually suggestive billboards along Missouri highways is unconstitutional, a federal appeals court panel ruled Monday,” reports Law.com here. It looks like Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp. v. Public Serv. Comm’n of N.Y., 447 U.S. 557 (1980) got in Missouri’s way. But don’t take my word for it. You can read the opinion here.
